Liked: Nice & bright spacious room, staff were all lovely, we git an early check in for our event which made the go stress free for us.

Good but check in is...

Liked: The facilities was good and the breakfast was excellent. But the check -in was too difficult. We like the fact that it was 24 hour check in.
Disliked: I did not like the check-in… on check in was asking so many questions at 2 am in the morning after a long drive from the isle of Skye going back down to England. All we wanted to do was go to sleep and I was asked a million questions and then told what was my dogs weight. I was not impressed because we drove a very long way and if I was told they are not accepting large dogs this should be clear on the website and on booking.com. That's not fair if you pay for a room and then to be told well we may not accept your dog because he is a large breed. What weight are we talking about? If you are going to put into place please state it clearly on booking.com

Very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Liked: Good location, friendly staff, comfortable environment.
Disliked: Coffee - machine at breakfast wasn’t great. Whilst offering a variety of coffees, the actual coffee was not good and an old fashioned cafetière would have been great. Maybe some veggie sausages available too.

Liked: Nice and spanish. Glazing meant room was quiet even looking over the car park. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.
Disliked: Not keen on dogs bring in thd area where we ate breakfast
