Expensive disappointment

Liked: Staff very helpful and tried to find solutions.Location good, easy walking distance to the centre without being in the centre. Rooms mainly quiet.Excellent provision of adjacent on-street accessible parking
Disliked: Found the double bed in the accessible room way too small, no accessible twin option available. This spoiled our very expensive stay, @ 300+ euros per night.Breakfast was a frenzy on all 3 mornings of stay. Too busy, too many people. The breakfast offer was stodgy, had little taste and was uninviting, needs refreshed.

Central location, friendly staff, modern...

Liked: Breakfast was lovely. Great selection. Luas right outside hotel entrance .

A lovely stay

Liked: The location of the hotel was great, we could reach almost everything by foot. Breakfast was superb, especially the sausages, I wish I could have brought some home with me! The hotel room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: It would have been nice if the hotel windows would open, we would have loved some fresh air in our room. Also, there could be more storage space for clothes. But other than that everything was great.

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located close to main attractions and central areas
Disliked: The breakfast could be a bit better. I didn't like that they ask for a deposit even if all was paid

Liked: Excellent location for access to Heston train station

Exceptional

Liked: Hotel had a very modern looking lobby with updated rooms. Bar in the lobby with many people at various times. Rooms had air conditioning which was great. Gym facilities were adequate and likely more equipped than most hotels in the city. Breakfast was great with full hot buffet and many other options as well. Hotel was convenient located one block from the Liffey river and had the tram rail service right outside.

Very pleasant and enjoyabe stay

Liked: Lovely hotel, lovely staff, great location. Breakfast was very good plenty of choice everything fresh and regularly checked and updated. Good value for money.
Disliked: Even though there was good air condition, I like to open windows at night but the room has large picture windows which cannlot be opened.

Would recommend a stay here

Liked: The hotel is nearly straight across from the foir courts luas tram stop. So you fall out of the hotel and straight into cheap public transport. I liked the fridge in the room, id to keep meds cold so this was a serious bonus. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom/shower was very clean.The staff were so amazing. They helped me with medication that needed to be stored cold by giving me ice for my trip so my medicine wouldn't go bad.We came back late from a concert and they gave us ice and water, we needed it, we were parched.Staff couldn't have been anymore attentive. 100% will stay here again!!
Disliked: Dislike nothing 100% great place
