Very convenient airport hotel and...

Liked: Very convenient for the airport as a very short walk to the terminal. Staff friendly and welcoming. Spacious foyer area which was nice to relax in pre-flight. Breakfast surprisingly good at 4am. Overall very good and would stay again.

A good stopping of point...

Liked: Staff, particularly Jill, were excellent on arrival at 3am, keen to offer assistance due my mobility problems. The hotel, although at Bristol airport, is a considerable walk from the terminal, which I was unable to manage without wheelchair assistance. Tired after a long journey I was surprised not to find bar facilities available - this is after all an airport hotel with guests arriving at all hours. The room was nicely appointed and reasonably well equipped (I personally prefer a bath to a shower) but did not offer any of the 'extras' I might have expected for the price e.g. water, biscuits..... Soap dispensers were not well placed, and leaking.

Disliked: The walk way was somewhat difficult because of my mobility and could have not managed with hand luggage and suitcase. I chose not to book transport to the main entrance 3 hrs before my flight and sat in a wheelchair?
