Liked: Nice location and views
Disliked: Paid for a beach view. The first room was amazing. Unfortunately the heater/air con didn’t work.. they put us into another room which did work but the view was not great

Liked: Barman was friendly.Location was good.
Disliked: We arrived to find we had a disabled room. I asked if we could move to another room during our stay as it reminded me of the hospital room I stayed in a few years ago. The woman behind the counter said 'so you have PTSD?' which I responded 'no I just want a nice room that doesn't remind me of a hospital. That was rude in my book.We asked for 2 single duvets instead of a double duvet and when we arrived at the room we had 2 double duvets ?? As we hoped to get a new room I did not complain. We did not get a new room and was stuck with 2x double duvets which are almost impossible to sleep with on a double bed.The car park had drunks and drug users visiting the garage every time we went to the car. People peeing in the corners. More camera needed and regular visits by security or staff needed. The toilet near reception stank of pee. Shocking.Saturday night was extremely loud due to a night club opposite and kept up awake until at least 12am.Reception staff not very helpful and cheeky.Overall I would not recommend this hotel due to above issues. Fix these and we will try again in the future.

Disliked: The bed wasn’t that comfy.
