My friend and I enjoyed...

Liked: Quite location away from the hustle and bustle of Blackpool but within walking distance of all the attractions. spotlessly clean room, pleasant staff. Comfortable beds, tea, coffee and kettle in the room. I like that the hairdryer wasn’t attached to the wall in the bathroom. Iron and ironing board in the room.
Disliked: Some tables had not been cleared in the breakfast room, full of used plates. I witnessed a guest taking dirty plates and cups away that he hadn’t used himself and cleaning his table with wipes before him and his his family sat down.

Excellent all round.will stay again

Liked: 3rd stay and as always standards were high. Breakfast was excellent again. Plenty of choice.

Liked: Rooms are comfortable and hotel is very nice
Disliked: Stayed here lots of times but recent stay was very disappointed with the breakfast. Quality of food was very poor...sausage rubbery, no fried eggs or tomatoes. Beans watery. Bread was extremely thin.

Liked: Location. Nice rooms good shower. Very clean. Staff great.
Disliked: Windows don’t open in room. Long corridors. not much room in the room with two double beds. Hair dryer not working. Air con on full blast in restaurant needed fleece on while both entrance doors near reception open fully with a force 10 blowing through. Awful background music. Manic breakfast time. People in pyjamas, dog sat at a table. Bacon well overcooked by the time we got to the overflow room it was cold.

Overall it was lovely and...

Liked: The breakfast was lovely, it did get busy but we had just got in before the rush which helped.The parking was expensive but from what I understand it's an external company so I suppose the hotel doesn't have any control over this
Disliked: Parking was expensive making it 200 for 1 room for 1 night which is alot more than other places in the area buy it was nice and clean and modern.
