Poor
Liked: The room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: The breakfast was a complete shambles. There was a lack of any planning for the number of people There were no cutlery the food was for won't of a better word being dumped on the hot counter burnt and dried out The counters were covered in food and a disgusting mess We had paid for this service but walked out and went to an establishment that had obviously more suitable means to provide a substantially better service than you were able This iis most annoying when the booking price comes with breakfast included, but you are not told it is a free for all and a disgrace I was most disappointed as I stay at the Hilton on many occasions and have never had this I would like feed back on this Thank you Mrs C Myers 0

Decent but not great.
Liked: Location and lovely staff :)
Disliked: Lack of facilities, quite disappointing. No fridge, hair cap, biscuits, hot choc, very minimal . Had to queue for long time when checking in and same for breakfast.

Liked: The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast had a good variety and was included, which was very convenient. The location was excellent, close to the seafront and attractions, but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep.
Disliked: On our second day, we left our key at reception for cleaning and returned later to collect it. Unfortunately, the receptionist ignored us for several minutes before finally asking what we were waiting for. When my wife asked for the room key, she was told to “say please,” even though we had been waiting patiently and it was not our mistake. My wife then gave the reservation name, but the receptionist acted as if she didn’t hear and made her repeat it. She eventually gave the key, but in an unfriendly and rude manner. This was disappointing and the only negative experience during our stay.
