Liked: Rooms were excellent, comfortable beds, and powerful showers. Even though we were on the train line side, we couldn't really hear them.
Disliked: Nothing

Amaizing breakfast, quality hotel although...

Liked: Breakfast was great, tons of different foods and all made of great quality, scrambled eggs were among the best I have ever tried. The room was clean, had all needed amenities, except for channels in other languages.
Disliked: The bed was not the most comfortable, pillows were a bit shallow, the Comforter/duvet was kind of heavy, air-conditioning was a bit weak in my room 330. Noise insulation was great despite being only 40-50 m from the train´s track. I wish I could have slept a bit better. Other than than the hotel is a solid solid choice.

Liked: Great location, hotel very clean and staff very friendly
Disliked: The hotel didn’t take full payment on check in, just a pre-authorisation amount which the hotel did not make me aware of. Then on the day of check out, they took a further pre-authorisation payment AND the actual payment, which all came off my available balance at over £2,250!!! I don’t understand why they don’t take full payment on check in, as if I was using a debit card, this would have caused me an issue!On our last day, we ended up eating out for breakfast as the juice machines were just giving out water and the waffle makers were not working. The hot breakfast tended to be quite cold due to the lack of hot plates, which was a negative for me
