Liked: Centrally located,well maintained hotel.Staff is quite hospitable and well versed in English. Breakfast spread is good. Quite close to the zoo and Bikini Berlin mall.Easy access to U bahn and S bahn.Quite a few restaurants nearby.

Liked: super modern hotel. the rooms are modernly furnished with kettle and coffee and tea. nice bathroom. the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. large selection of bread, slices and also hot dishes. the scrambled egg tastes good. you can also make your own waffles. there could be more cheese. but that's complaining on a high level. the hotel also has a bar next to the reception that looks inviting. we had a drink there on the first evening. the location is great, right between kudamm and the zoological garden. 5min. walk to the spielbank and the ulandstrasse subway.
Disliked: three things i didn't like so much: when checking in, the credit card is absolutely needed for authorization. although it was deposited with booking for the booking, it cannot simply be debited. at other hotels this works without any problems. the hotel is directly on the s-bahn line. you can't sleep at night with the windows open. but when the windows are closed you hear almost nothing. one lady at the reception doesn't seem to speak german. i find that strange. a hotel in berlin and the staff doesn't speak german? what do older people do at check-in who don't speak english?
