Could do better at breakfast

Liked: Staff at the reception superb helpfull. Natalia told us where to park, where to go and eat something and in general she was really nice. Beds - very comfortable.We have been on 4th floor and we had nice view over the canal/river.
Disliked: No restaurant at the hotel. Have been offered to go to twin hotel next door, the Indigo, but unfortunately restaurant at Indigo is closed on Sundays and Mondays. We did not have shampoo in the room.Breakfast very poor. Staff at breakfast time not helpful. It's says that if you want scrambed eggs instead of boiled egg, to ask waitress, but she was not happy and not nicely unswered that they are not doing scrambled eggs - only hard boiled! Fruit salad and melon did not look fresh. No bacon or fried eggs either. No sliced ham been left and no one toped it up. No toilet on ground floor.

Liked: The location is nice, close to a lot of night life. The hotel is clean and serves tasty breakfast with nice facilities to eat. The stuff of the hotel is friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It is quite expensive for the value.

Liked: I really liked the hotel's location , it was easy to get around the area, and there were several restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options.
Disliked: What I didn’t like was the service upon arrival at the hotel. I arrived before the official check-in time, and instead of being clearly informed that I could only check in at the designated time, I was told to come back in an hour and that my room might be ready by then. I wish they had been more straightforward about it. It would have saved me a lot of waiting and from having to repeatedly ask if the room was available. On top of that, I couldn’t even enjoy the city while I waited because it was raining heavily in Berlin that day.
