Liked: The breakfast was good and location to the city centre was a short walk.
Disliked: Missing the entrance to the car park then trying to navigate amongst the one way streets and closed roads. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Wouldn't call it "value for...

Liked: The staff were nice, they made sure my family when joined me stayed on the same floor.The sofa bed was big and comfy.
Disliked: Breakfast needs improvement, soggy potato bakes, tasteless vegan sausage, and no mushroom on the second day. However, kitchen staff were around to top up dishes when required.

Liked: Staff all very friendly and helpful, breakfast although busy was very organised and food was lovely. Have stayed here before and have never been disappointed.
Disliked: Nothing, only thing that would have been better to help us would be an earlier check in time but then I understand that the rooms need cleaned etc before anyone can check in so it would be hard to change that.

Liked: Location is fantastic within walking distance to grand central station.
Disliked: The light in our room started to flicker as there were no maintenance personnel. We had to use minimum lighting. We 6 offered a room change, but it would have been inconvenient with 2 kids late in the evening. The plug in the sink had also gotten stuck, and the sink had been full of water for 2 days.
