Liked: Great location, rooms and beds are comfortable, breakfast is great.
Disliked: Price is too high. 250 pounds for 1 night is outrageous

Perfect Stay

Liked: Rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Location was great, walkable to view Bath
Disliked: Nothing to comment on, it was perfect

Bad service and extremely rude...

Liked: Great location and good facilities
Disliked: Despite calling reception to report by 5.30 our room had not been serviced we were unable to get anything done on any of our days stay. This left us with wet towels, out of loo roll, unmade beds and no beverage consumables every day. Reception staff were argumentative and unhelpful and even when we spoke to the duty manager who promised to get a late housekeeper to attend before 6pm nothing was done. Totally unacceptable. We never even got an apology, and were told that rooms for new guests checking in had to have priority cleans.It totally spoilt our holiday in Bath
