Liked: spacious rooms, could set temperature for room. Fantastic shower.
Disliked: seating for breakfast was not great. Alot of the seating was to low for the tables so not the most comfortable of experiences. The tables were odd shapes and had legs that got in the way of your own legs. Breakfast was OK but have had a lot better included breakfasts in many other places.

Disliked: We had a mobility bathroom which we didn’t really need but we got it for a decent price on booking.com so didn’t want to pay any extra for a normal double room .

Disappointed

Liked: The location was perfect, not far from the attraction and train / bus station. Everything was walking distance.
Disliked: I was very disappointed in the service, 1st night, I asked for a refill for tea & coffee for the room, and fresh new towels and for room service to tidy the rooms. Instead of them giving me new towels, they just took my towels and left. No service is required for this room. i had to remind them 4 times to do this as each time when I called the person at the reception mentioned, they would inform the room service people to come. On the 5th round, when I went to receptionist is where they actually did what I asked for.
