Nice air conditioned rooms and...
Liked: Beds very comfortable to sleep in; very helpful staff (especially in the canteen at breakfast); excellent location; we were able to leave our bags at the hotel after checking out to enjoy the city a little longer and then pick them up later
Disliked: The carpets in the hallways could do with a deep clean; the staff at the reception weren’t particularly warm

Brilliant
Liked: The breakfast was excellent, the room we had was very good for our needs, the hotel was very well placed in the centre of Bath.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike about your hotel.

Overall, was pleased and too...
Liked: We really thought the location was perfect. It was right in the heart of it all! Also the staff were super down to earth. Great buffet breakfast!
Disliked: The only thing was I did hear some people in the hallway in the early hours. Perhaps also having to park at a car park 10 mins away wasn’t ideal. And not having to pay for bottled water would be preferable.

Very happy with everything.
Liked: Our room was absolutely clean and spotless. Lovely shower fluffy soft towels.Bed was so comfortable. Tasty breakfast.Staff welcoming.Great value.

Comfortable stay, great location, I...
Liked: Great location, right in the centre, near a lovely square with independent cafes and near the main attractions. The room was well designed, great shower, comfy bed, good sound proofing and good air con.
Disliked: Just a bit minimal in terms of nice touch facilities in the room although all the basics were well covered, there was no smart TV with YouTube, Netflix apps etc, poor offer of tea and coffee (no decaf options, no herbal teas, basic instant coffee sachets, no biscuits) no extra pillows/cushions/throws etc so that it felt a bit pricey for the quality of the offer and breakfast was VERY busy even though we went early. We did stay in August though so I might try and stay again at another time when the price might be a bit lower and the hotel might not be so full.
