The stay was ok for...

Liked: Friendly staff, parking is available, good local too.
Disliked: Our room was clean, but smelled of drains. The shower was not properly cleaned as there was dark hair left on the shower tray. Breakfast was ok, not really outstanding. The ladies cleaning and tidying during the breakfast were very loud with clattering the dishes and throwing the cutlery during cleaning. (Sorry didn’t enjoy this as it was quite loud and I love a peaceful breakfast!)

Short stay, nice room and...

Liked: Convenient for the shuttle
Disliked: Reminder to book car park was not obvious, ended up driving round Ashford late at night trying to charge the car and ending up in a very dodgy car park

Disliked: Food is poor, evening meal is frozen food, poor quality and not value for money
