Liked: Very convenient. Opposite the train station & at the top of the main shopping street so close to everything. An ideal size room with everything you need including a comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Best place to stay in...

Liked: Our stay at the Hampton was excellent. We loved the cozy ambiance and the room they assigned to us, which had a beautiful view of Antwerp Central station. The location is perfect, and the staff are very helpful. Special thanks to Rachid and Belanie.
Disliked: Nothing

Chilly!

Liked: The location is very handy for the station, but about 25 minutes walk from the historic centre.
Disliked: Our bedroom was very cold in mid-April, because the system had been set to provide air conditioning, rather than heating. So we were cold throughout our stay. Staff temporarily over-rode the system so the room warmed up for a bit, but then it reverted. 4 visits to reception didn’t resolve this, and the hotel has not dealt satisfactorily with my complaint.
