Cosy stay

Liked: Cosy room, all basic amenities and a little more like iron & ironing board. Breakfast was great. Very quiet room, comfortable bed & even though was on outskirts of town, good transport access just 4 mins walk
Disliked: Maybe more info on what is happening in town and how to go about town would be helpful

Liked: Staff were very attentive and breakfast was good
Disliked: The room was really hot during the day because it was south facing and had huge windows but it cooled down at night

Liked: Location- so close to the hotel. Hotel was very busy but no sound coming from the rooms and I’m a light sleeper so I would imagine the sound proofing is excellent. Beautiful breakfast; tasty and great choice. Staff were outstanding- so friendly and efficient.
Disliked: I found the mattress a little hard but I know mattresses are preference-led- maybe something more medium would have been better. Also the pillows- initially I thought wow they are so soft but maybe too soft. I do have neck issues though. Perhaps a mixture of soft/ medium next time you are changing. I did find it difficult to sleep but perhaps it was because I was overtired and I was conscious we had to wake early for our flight. My daughter slept easily and soundly!

Liked: Very close to the train/metro. Has trains to/from Airport. Good and supportive staff
Disliked: No refrigerator in the roomAverage breakfast

Great for events at Ziggo...

Liked: Excellent location for going to concert at the Ziggo Dome which was our trip's purpose. Barely a couple of steps away.
Disliked: Disappointing breakfast with only very basic things and no variety at all.
