Wont be staying here again!!

Liked: The location close to the airport.
Disliked: Parking was atrocious. Food was mostly M/W food and well overpriced. Drinks were extortionate.

Slept well. Nice and quiet.

Liked: Room was a good size, nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Not a huge selection but enough.
Disliked: Bed just slightly too firm but that's obviously a personal preference. They really need to sort out their car park. It is far too small for the size of the hotel. Had to park along with loads of other cars in a field. Which after heavy rain gets very muddy/boggy!

Great hotel but the bed...

Liked: Good breakfast included with lots of choice. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean, & it was very quiet.
Disliked: Beds were rock solid- even my husband (who can sleep anywhere after 30 years in the military) commented & said it was like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were feather & very thin, 2 each were not enough for adequate support.

Would choose a different hotel

Liked: Pleasant, clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Very small number of parking spaces at the hotel, insufficient for the size of hotel and location, which is not near any other suitable parking except the airport! ( We were not flying, we were at a show in P and J arena nearby) We were unable to find a space and parked with many others in a muddy and uneven private field behind the hotel. Breakfast is ‘complimentary’ but very poor quality. I have stayed in this chain before a with much better breakfast, so not sure if they have cut quality in the chain or this particular hotel. Afraid I could not recommend this one.

Lack of parking

Liked: Up to date spacious rooms. Quiet.
Disliked: Had to park our car in a muddy field.

Poor

Liked: The staff were lovely and the room was clean.
Disliked: There wasn’t enough car parking on site for the amount of guests. The food choice for meals and snacks wasn’t wonderful. The breakfast ran out of food by 9.30, even though it was on until 10am and there were no plates or cutlery left. I would have expected more from a stay at a Hilton.

Liked: Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Parking awful - although the staff were very friendly and helped to accommodate our car. Others were less fortunate. Food choices are limited and only passable.

Comfortable sleep, terrible breakfast

Liked: Good location for attending P&j live. Good nights sleep, comfortable bed and quiet
Disliked: Breakfast was a shambles. Hardly any hot food, no cutlery
