Very nice experience but hotel...

Liked: The property layout, golf, pool and restaurant were excellent. Room was clean.
Disliked: Room decor was old and tired. Cabinets damaged. Exterior walls beat up. Needs repair and painting. A soft grey/white to update

Disliked: The parking garage was small and no parking space.Shower handle fell off while turning on, the maintenance guy did come immediately to fix.Hair left in bathtub from previous tenants.

Liked: We loved the food at the hotel. Everything was delicious. The property is gorgeous! The suite was very nice too.
Disliked: The prices at the gelato restaurant are high. Also, the process to get chairs at the kids pool is ridiculous.

Liked: The size of the villa.
Disliked: Pool closed at 6:00 during spring break. Smoke alarm went off at 11:45 pm continually throughout nite (dead battery), person front desk sent never showed. Called the front desk repeatedly until 12:30 am with no answer. No movie rental available in room.
