Liked: Staff friendly and attentive.Fan provided when asked (thanks to other reviews).Breakfast was OK.
Disliked: Rooms dated. Pressure of the shower. Rooms had a musty smell. They were utterly roasting and didn't feel comfortable having windows open. Doors slammed loudly as stuck so often doors going. It served a purpose as a room after a flight and before a work meeting.I expected more for the price

Liked: The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: However the bathroom needs to be modernised and the rooms could do with having air conditioning.

I liked the old-fashioned look...

Liked: There was space in the dining room during most of the day for me to play a 7-game Scrabble tournament with my opponent.Breakfast was easy.
Disliked: People were sat outside smoking, swearing, the whole afternoon - staff/workers and a delivery driver, I think. The smoke came into the dining room, and the loud conversation and swearing was unwanted.I was given the Radbourne suite. Thankfully, I brought a tablet of soap. At night, and again in the morning my bed was shaken several times by people moving in the corridor outside. Clearly there is a floor joist loose.

Disliked: I think rooms that don't except dogs in should have carpet not lino, Towel rail right by toilet so burn your leg when sitting on loo.Could do with black out curtains and maybe soft close doors as banging doors at 5.30 am
