Uncomfortable, expensive but good location...

Liked: Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s a good location, that’s what you’re paying for.
Disliked: Not comfortable at all. My pregnant wife and I both had terrible nights sleep. Pillows are too thick, bed is very very hard. This is a motel at 4 star hotel prices.

Liked: There was a great restaurant at the front of the property
Disliked: The bathroom tub did not drain fast at all. The toilet did not flush well. For the amount they charge per night. This shouldn’t have been an issue

Good, clean, safe spot to...

Liked: Location was very convenient to URI where I was traveling to. Clean. Pleasant front desk. The motel was very busy. There was a restaurant on the premises, and it was convenient to other eating spots. Very spacious room with couch and kitchen and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The outside could sure use a facelift. Lots of peeling paint on stairs and doors and walls. Very dated interior which surprised me because I thought I read that the motel had recently done some updating/renovating. The rates being charged led me to imagine something modern. The real and only true negative was that the curtains and blinds didn't sit tight enough into the window frames and light, both artificial( the motel keeps their very bright outdoor lights on all night long) and actual poured into the room and was so annoying and disturbing. Bring a sleep mask!

Liked: The room was large and clean, staff very helpful, hot water, and a lot of water pressure.
Disliked: Pillows were too thick no give. Bed was a little too firm for us.

Decent for a weekend visit...

Liked: The property had a nice side yard with picnic tables and a restaurant practically on the property for breakfast or lunch. Located right around the corner from Wickford harbor.
Disliked: Pricey for a motel. And it is a motel not a hotel. Musty, old, needs a little TLC. Could not connect to the internet and no movie channels offered.
