Nice place to stay short...

Liked: The price from Booking.com was pretty good. There is a nice little diner right next to the property. It is quite, close to area attractions and any beaches when the weather permits. Wickford is just up the road where there are nice places to eat and sight-see.
Disliked: Not much could have been better. The staff was great, but the guys out weed eating super early in the morning was highly annoying. Other wise, there is not much to complain about.

Decent place, helpful staff, good value

Liked: Smelled clean. Sheets and bed comfortable. Bathroom looked and smelled clean. Awesome restaurant next door!
Disliked: Daylight/cold air coming in around door. Spiderwebs/spiders in corners and behind bed. No conditioner offered. Just conditioning shampoo which is not the same. No cable signal when we arrived (but was fixed promptly), 2 flimsy towels on arrival even though I asked for four. (I was given 2 nice fluffy towels when I asked for them. No chain lock/bar lock.
