Disliked: 3 times I have asked for a receipt from this place and they continue to ignore me.Would not recommend at all.

Disaster

Liked: Not much
Disliked: The bed was like a cement slab . There was 1 pillow each and like a mash mellow. It was so noisy we had no sleep . The pillow was so bad I had to get my $100 flight pillow out to put under the pillow and unfortunately left it there as it was am to catch a flight and forgot it was under the marshmallow

Disappointing

Its a great location, easy...

Liked: the staff were friendly and helpful, the location great and will stay there again should we travel to Brisbane. The room, light and airy.
Disliked: Our shower hadn't been cleaned prior to our moving into our room, long black hair covered the drainage hole and a number of shorter ones up the walls. Considering the age of the building, it would be too much to have double glazing to stop the traffic noise which didn't stop all night long. We realize this.

Get a bit less than...

Liked: Close to our ultimate destination.Good surrounding services .
Disliked: Whole establishment was severely outdated.Everything including airconditioning was basic at best.

Disliked: I feel it is in great need of an upgrade. The building is looking old and definitely needs attention. Also the smell of someone smoking was evident when walking in the passage way to go to the lift.
