Liked: The staff was extraordinarily pleasant and helpful. The location was spectacular and the room was comfortable. The price was amazingly reasonable.

We went for the jet...

Liked: The breakfast was good, a variety to choose from. The staff was very friendly!!! And helpful
Disliked: I didn't like the fact our room was dirty. Under the bed and behind our bed, there were pieces of strawberries that were moldy and dried up, along with clippings from toe nails all over the floor. The spa tub didn't work. That was the main reason I booked this room was because it had a jet tub. After the first night we had to keep the jets off because it smelled like burning wires Everytime we were to turn it on. The tub wasn't level, I had a candle and other things fall in because of a tilt to the tub, where I should have safely been able to put things on the ledge without it falling off. I'm very disappointed.

Liked: On Tuesday when we checked in this was insaneThe phones were ringing- people in line - people with room issues The lady ( blonde sorry did not catch her name ) took over / put the gentleman on phones - handled everyone in line !!!!Then come to find out she was new Hope you keep her / great leadership there

Had a nice short stay.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Beds and pillows were just a bit hard for my liking.

Ok. The room was nice.

Disliked: Whirlpool cold, mould on edges under pool edge by whirlpool. Looked shabby in pool room. Old dirty water bubbler. Flags hanging and looked like some mould on a ceiling rafter. Has a lot of potential if cleaned and maintained a bit better.

We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable...

Liked: We ended up staying there because the Mackinac bridge was closed. There was no power which wasn’t their fault, but the woman that was working there was rude and unkind to me and my child, acting like we were unwelcome there, and she was annoyed that we chose to stay. I would not stay there again. We ended up only staying there for an hour because the bridge opened back up, but I would not stay there again, even when there is power because of the way we were treated.
