Overall it was a comfortable stay. It's a very nice hotel but they really need to improve the valet parking services.

Liked: Nice, clean room. Very nice staff.
Disliked: No parking lot. $50:00 valet was steep. To make matters worst we waited over 30 minutes at check out for our car.

Nice but far from the...

Liked: Nice decor, small and friendly staff
Disliked: Too far from the mall, at the moment they are rebuilding the entrance which spoils the ambience a bit. The mini bar is extortionate - go to A1 liquor around the corner

Liked: Great location, easy walk to the convention center. Wonderful clean surrounding area!

Old rooms and poor quality...

Liked: Nothing really. The location is not bad but not great either
Disliked: My room was very dusty and not super clean, and overall the building and rooms are very very old … Other than that, I had to switch hotel because the room has a fan located facing the bed and the next day I woke up with sore throat because of the AC
