Hamilton Hotel Washington DC

Overall it was a comfortable stay. It's a very nice hotel but they really need to improve the valet parking services.

Liked: Nice, clean room. Very nice staff.
Disliked: No parking lot. $50:00 valet was steep. To make matters worst we waited over 30 minutes at check out for our car.

Perfect location if you are heading to The Park at 14th!

Liked: Clean spacious rooms. Great in-room dining.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The a/c stopped working in the middle of the night and stayed at 79 f until we checked out.

Liked: Friendliness of all staff, especially the men who came to swap out our coffee maker and showed us how to use it.

Disliked: Room service food was awful. Breakfast was not as described and too greasy to eat. Pizza was tomato sauce on cardboard. Room was not cleaned on day 3.

Liked: Great location. Rooms kept very clean.
Disliked: You can hear road noise all times of day and night. The air con is extremely loud and impossible to sleep with, the toilets also refill every few minutes which make a lot of noise and can be disturbing.

Disliked: We stayed for 7 nights. We asked for a kettle since check in and there was no kettle until we left. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all.
