Overall it was a comfortable stay. It's a very nice hotel but they really need to improve the valet parking services.

Liked: Nice, clean room. Very nice staff.
Disliked: No parking lot. $50:00 valet was steep. To make matters worst we waited over 30 minutes at check out for our car.

Perfect location if you are heading to The Park at 14th!

Liked: The location and the views were amazing.
Disliked: The Roomcast system did not work in all three of the rooms we tried. Door knobs were loose on at least one door in each of the rooms. My daughter got stuck in the bathroom in room 1237 and a door knob in room 1435 fell off and bruised my wife’s foot. The room service breakfast presentation consisted over takeout containers in paper bags. A hotel of this caliber can and should do better.
