Overall it was a comfortable stay. It's a very nice hotel but they really need to improve the valet parking services.

Liked: Nice, clean room. Very nice staff.
Disliked: No parking lot. $50:00 valet was steep. To make matters worst we waited over 30 minutes at check out for our car.

Perfect location if you are heading to The Park at 14th!

Liked: I stayed at the hotel while at a conference and I found it to be a lovely hotel! The staff were gracious and attentive, the accomodations were comfortable and the ambiance was lovely. I felt very taken care of at the Hamilton Hotel.
