Overall it was a comfortable stay. It's a very nice hotel but they really need to improve the valet parking services.

Liked: Nice, clean room. Very nice staff.
Disliked: No parking lot. $50:00 valet was steep. To make matters worst we waited over 30 minutes at check out for our car.

Perfect location if you are heading to The Park at 14th!

Liked: The food was incredible! I really enjoyed the Pollo Verde pizza at the bar. Then we had dinner the next night a trendy butternut squash dish and it was delicious. Our "waiter" was a delight after I spilled tea. Friendly housekeeping staff too and the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Some towels were old and a little worn. So was the bathroom floor tiles that should be replaced.

Disliked: I’ve been excessively charged for my stay - after I already left the hotel my account was directly charged. The total amount charged was purely above the bill, which I received in the hotel during my check out. When I contacted the hotel, they were not able to provide any meaningful explanation, they preferred to ignore my additional questions. No efforts have been made by the hotel to investigate the issue and resolve it.

Good
