Wanted the pool !

Liked: Coffee bar and breakfast
Disliked: Pool was closed an hour after checking in and we weren’t told at booking or while booking

It was ok

Liked: Clean
Disliked: Location of room in front of main entrance

Not good

Liked: Dilapidated, furnitures. Need new bathroom. The whole hotels need a renovation.

Liked: Great location, was easy to find, and everything was close
Disliked: I had to call for the linen for the sofa bed and the obvious mold around the bathroom tub

Disappointing

Liked: The pool area and the staff and the balcony
Disliked: Bed bugs holes in the floor shower had hair on the walls and soap on the walls.

Convenient and Comfortable

Liked: Easy to find and close enough to New Haven to make it good seeing the sights and Yale. The first room we were offered was dark and had a narrow high up window which you could not see out of. We were offered an alternative immediately and without fuss. The room was old fashioned but was clean and comfortable with a small balcony.
Disliked: The hotel is rundown.
