Nice, but could be better...

Liked: The location was excellent and the rooms were nicely presented with a good bed. Staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was lovely
Disliked: The aircon in rooms was awful, making it hard to sleep in the heat. The swimming pool was like swimming in a freezing lake meaning it wasn't enjoyable.

Location, cleanliness and staff are...

Liked: Brilliant location, very clean and tidy hotel but above all absolutely outstanding staff that couldn’t do enough for us. Excelled my expectations, my family had a great time staying here and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back
Disliked: Pool heating was broken so the pool was very cold. Conversely, air con in the room wasn’t great so the room was quite warm in the evening.

Disaster with a price of...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Absolutely not comfortable to stay with kids. They try to show the high class of the hotel, guiding you to the table on the breakfast, but as a results they make you to stay in a line and wait for 10-15 minutes. If you know that you have such problems, propose to your guests breakfast to the room… or hire more people… In the room which is designed to host 4 people they leave only one set of vanity kit and other consumables. After cleaning we found out that towels were not changed, towels were even not taken back to the bathroom. In one word - disaster with a price of 1000+ for two days.
