Exceptional

Liked: Beautiful and interesting interiors. Wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom was a dream.
Disliked: It is pretty expensive, but everything was at a superb level. I guess you get what you pay for.

Our special trip was made...

Liked: Restaurant and bar had great atmosphere and breakfast was especially good.Location was excellent.My daughter and I shared a delux room which was very comfortable.The front desk and consierge team were excellent.
Disliked: Nothing!!!

Clean, modern hotel with great...

Liked: Junior suite was well designed and spacious. Bathroom clean and contemporary. Location perfect for Regent street, Piccadilly square and the London Palladium. Breakfast included, was a good selection.

Disappointed for value.

Liked: Breakfast and staff at breakfast were great.
Disliked: Upgraded our room - it was spacious but poorly laid out we had to lift the TV to watch it while in bed. Generally staff good, in breakfast great, but had a rude experience on returning our first night as we said the wrong room number and cause unnecessary comments. I’ve been to the Ham Yard lots for business lunches and breakfasts, never stayed. Normally stay at the Rosewood or Claridges and we wanted to try something different.
