Disliked: no extra blankets had to use the heater as it was coldthought Id booked a double bed but got two singles but for a one night stay it was good.. great location

Disliked: staff took a photo on their phone of my credit card front and back. i have to get a replacement now because i dont know what they will do with that image... it looked like a personal phone

Disliked: My room's TV is not working. There is no remote, and the bathroom is full of wetness with no facilities to operate the blower fan. Not enough heter in the room.

Liked: It was very cost friendly. I booked a budget room and it was as expected, so giving reduced stars because it looked budget is unfair. As expected it looked a little run down and in need of some maintenance, but it was more than fine for a night. It has an ensuite with a shower that was pleasant and a TV with free Wi-Fi. The bed was comfortable enough and it was so close to the Ferry which was booked for early morning which is convenient. There is off road parking at a cost, but it is not in a garage, it does take the car off the street though. There was good communication with the staff through email and phone calls and they were all helpful. The one issue was trying to determine where the reception was to find the drop box for after hours check in. The directions on how to get into it were thorough, but finding the box took at least 15 minutes. A bit more description as to where the reception is would be helpful as what was initially thought to be it, was not.
Disliked: The location of the lock box for the keys for after hours check in would benefit more of a description, it took a while to realise the reception area was not where it appeared to be and it did cause some frustration looking for it. Also, where the room is located would also benefit a little more information. It was not easy finding it due to the layout of the motel.
