I truly wish I’ve never...

Disliked: The room was dirty and smelled of tobacco even though it was a non smoking room. The microwave did not work and the AC constantly leaked water on the floor. To top off this amazing stay we woke up to bed bug bites and the continental breakfast they advertise was nowhere in sight.

Disliked: They shouldn’t had it open they was remodeling for all day water was off people couldn’t take a shower. And the bathroom door was stuck my grand daughter couldn’t get out the bathroom it was hard I told the front desk they never came up to check it out. They also had a cleaning bottle in dirty rag left on the desk in the room. Shower had lots of human hair floor of the shower. They told me on the phone they had breakfast they didn’t also I had to ask for pillows . This place shouldn’t been open intell they was finished modeling the hotel. I want my money back. I was there for my grand daughters dance competition we couldn’t shower because water was off all day from 815 am to 7 pm it came back on when I ask when the water would be back on he said in 15 minutes how would he know the time? Because he turned it off in soon we ask wasn’t 5 minutes he turned the water back on . I want my full money refunded please ? $187 We had to pay for breakfast 2 days I was there when it said we get breakfast

Liked: The new room on the 3rd floor.
Disliked: Checked on my room. I had to ask for face towels. Gave my towels to the cleaning lady, and couldn't get anymore. I had to buy towels, no amenities. People hanging around the entrance. Wifi didn't work.

Disliked: Me and my wife and my sister stayed in room 117 and we all got bit up bad by bed dugs and when we tried to call them they did not answer I will never stay here again and I retained a lawyer for a lawsuit

I couldn't stay there and...

Liked: Nothing. The place was an absolute dump. I couldn't stay there because of the filth and odors in the entire facility, if anyone could call it there. It was disgusting and I refused my stay because the place should not be rented out until a total rehab is completed there including the lobby, the stairs, the hall and all of the rooms. I actually was shown two different rooms and the second one was worse the the first. I took pictures so that they would reimburse my funds and if it is not successfully reimbursed into my account, I will begin whatever takes including the BBB, the local building inspection system and more.
Disliked: Thee entire property will require a full rehabilitation in my opinion. When I say it was bad, I mean I have never seen worse and I am not exaggerating.
