Quiet luxury retreat

Liked: Beautiful room in a tranquil location. Lovely bath and very comfortable bed. Sadly the restaurant wasn’t open in the evening but the haddock for breakfast was the best I’ve had!
Disliked: No specific complaints at all.

Liked: Had a wonderful 2 night stay at this cosy comfortable hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Everything was just perfect delicious food in the restaurant and staff were all really friendly and helpful

Liked: We only stayed for one night stopover on a trip home from Scotland but did use the restaurant for both the evening meal and breakfast. Both meals were very good. The evening menu offered a good selection. There is a bar area within the restaurant that you can use without having a meal. Opening hours are 5:30 to 9:00ish. Our room was large with a comfortable king size bed. Staff were friendly.
