Can’t wait to go back!
Liked: The location was excellent. The staff were so lovely. The owner came to say hello at breakfast! Food was wonderful. The rooms were so clean, lots of space and secure.
Disliked: Finding the front door took a minute

Confusing layout, but great rooms
Liked: Room was spacious, and the walk-in shower was lovely with good water pressure and temperature. Beds were clean and comfy, and the mini fridge was an added bonus!
Disliked: The layout of this hotel is insane. Check-in on the third floor, one elevator only to the restaurant on the 16th floor. Parking is down the hall and around the corner and up a flight of stairs. Room telephone didn't work to contact guest services, and when we did get in touch with them to ask for a pair of scissors, the response was curt and unhelpful ("another guest has our only pair.") Coffee at breakfast tasted a little stale, like maybe the carafes needed cleaning.

I would definitely stay here...
Liked: The room was bright, clean and comfortable. It was quiet on the floor where I was staying, I did not hear a sound the whole night. Breakfast was hot, and fresh. I was on site for a conference on the second floor (Lakelands room, I think) and it was beautifully set up and a great temperature in that room.
Disliked: It was a little confusing knowing which elevator took you to where but the signage was very helpful. As well, having the check in on the 3rd floor was a bit challenging in carrying baggage from the parking garage.
