Disliked: in our room: The towels were raveled at the edges and had dark spots on them; the polyester blanket for the sofa bed appeared to have been melted somewhat so it was scratchy; the twisty hair wrap in the bathroom came with a long black hair included. In the elevator lobby on our floor, a sticky orangey spill on the counter beside the water dispenser remained there for at least a day and a half and there was no replenishment of depleted tea bags and water bottles thru that same time. for the cost, I was disappointed in the state of things.
