Just a 3-minute walk away from Sopot's promenade Hotel Haffner features a luxurious spa and wellness center with a swimming pool a sauna and a gym. Rebuilt in 2020 the Haffner Bar encourages with a wide range of drinks and a modern form of served dishes inspired by world cuisines. Welcoming hotel in a very...

Liked: Had a meal from the restaurant several times in the evening. Was outstanding and surprisingly delicious.
Disliked: Duvet doesn’t fit bed size and pillows not large or fluffy enough.

Close to the beach and...

Liked: It was located in a quite area but still close to the town centre and very close to the beach.
Disliked: The standard of the hotel was not 5 stars. We got a room with a broken air conditioning and we were moved to another room. We only used the SPA once. The water was too cold and when we arrived there was a family with a baby there. The Baby only had bathing trousers, but no protection in case of "leakage". There were toys in the pool, which they were brought into the jacuzzi. We were looking for a relaxing time and it was not what we encounter.

Client = Thief

Disliked: The restaurant staff treated me like a tief. I came for a very overpriced breakfast (110 PLN) and asked to pay while checking out (standard in all hotels). When I was leaving the restaurant the lady at the desk steped in front of me and said "you can pay now" and another one run to me with a card reader... when I asked if there is a problem she kept repeting that I can "pay now"... wonderful experienced from a 5 star hotel... It made me feel really special...
