Liked: The greeting on arrival from the check-in person was amazing. His personality and sharing of local facilities was over and above what one should expect; I think his name was Maric. His manager should be very pleased with this man.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.

Charming, comfortable and convenient

Liked: Superb location for a first time visit to Hobart: easy walking distance to the waterfront, restaurants, shopping centre, bus stops. Comfortable and quiet. Oozes tradtition and charm.
Disliked: Breakfast expensive; much better to pop out to one of the several cafes nearby. Didn't need the bar but noticed it closed very early (as most places seem to in Hobart).

Liked: Excellent location, friendly staff, lovely bar & seating areas, very quiet despite being close to reception area.
Disliked: The curtain rails could have overlapped to create full black out, but we did manage to manipulate them to close the gap.

Liked: We had breakfast one morning, but couldn’t believe that over & above the $34 & $26 you charged extra for tea & coffee! Never experienced that before. Think it should be included in stated price.
