Built in 1834 this unique and elegant hotel is located in the heart of Hobart's CBD (Central Business District). Hadley's Orient Hotel is just 5 minutes' walk from Constitution Dock and the Salamanca Markets. The heritage-listed Hadley's Orient Hotel is the oldest continuously operating boutique hotel in Tasmania. It features an atrium-style restaurant and bar and caters to different types of events such as conferences and banquets. The classic guestrooms have been fully restored and offer a TV tea/coffee making facilities and an private bathroom with bathtub. Elizabeth St Mall Royal Hobart Hospital and Hobart Museum are all within 1312 feet of the hotel. Hadley's Hotel is 20 minutes' drive from Hobart Airport. The Hadley's Art Prize is held annually in the custom-designed galleries at Hadley's Orient Hotel.

Great location and updated decor.

Liked: Location and updated decor. The hotel bar is a great spot, shame it closed so early.
Disliked: My only comments are that the shower drain left water all over the bathroom. Had to pop a towel down to stop the water.

Exceptional!!

Liked: The staff went above and beyond. They were all fantastic and Antony was an incredibly interesting character.
Disliked: The parking arrangement was a little confusing at first, but once we read the detailed instructions it was easy.
