Set in a beautiful Georgian house on the edge of Telford Hadley Park House features an award-winning restaurant elegant rooms and a hot tub. Shrewsbury is 30 minutes' drive away. The spacious rooms at Hadley Park each have a private modern bathroom and a cozy seating area. All rooms have a TV free Wi-Fi and tea and coffee facilities. Located in a grand conservatory and awarded an 4 AA Star rosette the modern Conservatory Restaurant serves modern British cuisine and a world wine list. Using local Telford and Shropshire produce the restaurant also offers cooked breakfasts. The atmospheric oak-paneled bar has a range of beverages and snacks. The World Heritage Site of Ironbridge is a 20-minute drive away while ancient Bridgnorth offers spectacular views of the Severn Valley. Overall a nice peaceful stay

Liked: Nice room, nice bar lounge area, breakfast
Disliked: The service at dinner in the restaurant. My food was brought out 10minutes before my partners. We weren't offered water on the table, we weren't offered more drinks when our glasses were empty, generally not attentive and seemed a bit disinterested. Also the food was a little tasteless for both me and my partner.

Disappointing and not for a...

Liked: Clean, smart
Disliked: No mention online that it is primarily a wedding venue. Turned up to stay for two nights for work and Friday night wedding carried on late. Had to walk through the wedding party to my room. Staff very unwelcoming that first night. Then breakfast only served after half 8, once again not mentioned online.

Disliked: Limited evening menu if staying for any length of time.Not all continental breakfast selections available every day.
