A beautiful and memorable stay...

Liked: One of my favourite stays in Mexico, beautiful, clean and great location in the south of the city. I love it.
Disliked: Probably the only thing negative would be that once the guard at the door took about 10 minutes to let us in and I don’t like to be waiting outside at nighttime in Mexico City as a solo female traveler.

Too bad the food experience...

Liked: The property is spectacular . . . rooms are gorgeous. We could not take advantage of anything outdoors as it rained during most of our stay. The only friendly person was Pamela who expedited to the best of her abilities our check in.
Disliked: The staff seems unmotivated. Constantly had to call them back for items like jelly and dishes that were left in place for an inordinate amount of time. Either very unmotivated or very poorly trained for the type of establishment. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The assortment and quantities were minuscule. We had to order some a la carte eggs, which were $10, accompanied by a spoonful of fried black beans. Being out of the way, the lack of nearby restaurants and the overexpensive limited menu, made the food experience disappointing.
