Liked: everything except the noisy neighbours
Disliked: ive stayed there 3 times now and the location is perfect and all else is also great except the guests next to the kitchen chatting till late out front. next time i must book a different room away from them.

Exceptional

Liked: We stayed for one night as had a game at GMHBA Stadium. We arrived early from Melbourne and the lovely ladies confirmed our room was in fact ready and allowed us to check in. There is a beautiful dog LJ who loved pats and played, and kept the kids entertained. So close to McDonalds, 24 hour Kmart, Coles and shopping, and the ground.Room was so clean and the most comfiest beds and pillows we had experienced, even compared to the 5 star hotel we stayed in the night before.Could not recommend this place more.Encountered and chatted with other guests who have been coming back multiple times for the same reason. If you are looking for great location accommodation, with close proximity to things and comfortable budget friendly accommodation then this is your place.
