Poor
Disliked: The room was dirty. The bedspread had stains. The sofa had not been cleaned in a while, there were crumbs? and debris under the cushions. The only other chair was broken.

Disappointing
Disliked: When I checked in I was sitting on the couch finishing some work and when I wanted to go to bed and get some rest I found multiple blood stains on the sheets. I called front desk and requested new sheets which they then responded by telling me that they get their sheets professionally cleaned… made it seem like I was lying, however the lady said she would bring me new sheets right away. It was not right away I had to wait about an hour for those sheets when I just wanted to sleep.
