A serene and comfortable retreat...

Liked: Our room was well-appointed, roomy and very comfortable. It was also very quiet. The facility is convenient to a major highway but no road noise could be heard in our room or in the patio and courtyard. The courtyard is serene and inviting, although the flowerbeds want just a bit of weeding, like mine. ;-} The breakfast is truly outstanding. One of the best ever! Ask the server about the property's interesting history.

Not my cup of tea

Liked: Staff were welcoming, breakfast was good. Lovely sitting room to relax in. Kettle in room. Bed comfortable
Disliked: Blinds and fixtures very old, outside breakfast tables for all guests directly outside our room. Generally a bit shabby. Further from town then expected
