Don’t waste your time booking...

Liked: They don’t have customer service to help you check in.
Disliked: No customer service to help you check in, so they just took my money. I should’ve just reserved with one of the hotels in Gilroy, which is nearby.

Liked: Hotel is in a beautiful location. The ambience of the property is beautiful with trees in the courtyard. Rooms are spacious, clean & silent during night.

I would stay here again....

Liked: The facilities were nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Kathy at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we had a guest above us who was walking around and talking all night long. I wish they would space out the room reservations for a quieter stay. The hotel was not full by any means. Most breakfast items were out of stock by the time we got to it at 7:30 am. There weren't any eggs and the pancake bag refill was empty and there wasn't staff on-site to ask. My husband found the forks and knives in the cabinet below and refilled them for guests.
