Liked: Good location for conference
Disliked: Broken cupboard. Bathroom light didn’t work. Unable to change booking when I had to leave early

Lazy staff. Bare minimum hotel.

Liked: Close to conference venue.
Disliked: Staff are useless. Kept our delayed luggage at reception (which the hotel shipped over the same night we arrived) for 36 hours! Despite us asking numerous times if they received it each day (they didn’t bother to look). Check in took forever. They won’t deliver anything to your room including their own laundry service. You have to go and pick it up from reception which takes 20 minutes while they look for where your laundry has gone missing. Room service? Definitely not a thing. Answering the reception phone if we call from our room? Never. Air conditioning also turns off overnight so you wake up in a sweat and then it starts again early morning.

Liked: The room very good, and comfortable, but the room service is not good, we stayed 2 people, there is 1 tea bag and I asked reception to put 2 tea bag , but they said they donot have, I asked coffe machine is not working can some one help to check, the receptionist said it is evening time , tomorrow they can sent some one , but next morning no body check, we stayed 1 night , and paid hotel fee (very expensive 350 EU /night) but they cannot give service for this night, they say next day he can help , we check out next day , it is no meaning.
Disliked: room service is terrible- price is too expensive based on location- room service- receptionist behaviour etc. I dont recommend this hotel - choose another hotel in Munich

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Paid almost 700 eur for 2 nights.For this amount of money the room was not clean. Curtains from white was gray with a big black stain in it. Room cleaning was with a fee.The room doesnt had flip flops.I asked for help in the reception for one paracetamol and they said they are not allowed to give medicals like paracetamol when the 99% of world take paracetamol when they have an headache. When I booked they said the breakfast was included, when I went to them they said I have to pay for breakfast 21 eur per person like I would eat lobster. Called reception 5 times from room telephone and no one answered me. Sincerely very very disappointed.
