Superb

Liked: Exceptionally clean, well run modern hotel in a great location with friendly accommodating staff. What more could you ask for. For comfortable beds and if I could find out the make of the pillows I would buy some for my own bed. Marvellous and so reasonably priced considering it's central location.
Disliked: There are no criticisms but I was a little disappointed that there were no sausages for breakfast, which seemed unusual considering I was in, what I thought, was the home of sausages in Europe.

Liked: 1. Excellent location, great connectivity, safe (tourist) area. 2. Clean, air-conditioned room (& bathroom) with a small safe, minibar, tea/coffee machines. 3. A 24-hour reception with pleasant & efficient staff.
Disliked: The thinnest pillows in the world.

I would definitely stay there!

Liked: Room was very big and very comfortable since we were traveling with two children! The hotel is very close to the city center and still lots of buses and trams pass outside the hotel!

Liked: The room was quiet and clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. They let us leave our luggage to the hotel during the day.

Liked: Excellent location for exploring the city, just a few minutes walk from the well connected Alexanderplatz.The suite was perfect for our family of 4: 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, generous space.
Disliked: Limited facilities for the kids, nothing for themBreakfast is too expensive, we went elsewhere
