Wonderful location for a short...

Liked: Location in the city was fantastic. Close to shops, local sites, transport links, stunning sights and even great to explore on a short run.
Disliked: A small desk would have been great to use a laptop.

Liked: Location is perfect. It's a unique stay and perfect for a couple of nights. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, especially in the restaurant.
Disliked: The shower had very low pressure. And you can hear noise from the adjoining 'cabins' but nothing that earplugs can't fix.

Good location to explore maritime...

Liked: Good location for the maritime region. 10-min walk to central/shopping region. Quirky idea - “floating hotel”. Supermarket just across the street. AMAZING bakery nearby and vegan restaurant.
Disliked: Arrived slightly early. Told room ready but wouldn’t release unless paid extra €25. Most places will allow early check in, IF room ready. It’s called customer service. Fully understand to pay for guaranteed early check in but if ready and idle, it’s money hungry to exploit IMHO. Curtains. Unmatched (diff colours and fabric) and inside out. One blackout and one not. Very odd. Damp black mould in bathroom. Very noisy with neighbouring guests, and heavy rain on tin roof, no soundproofing. No safe / security deposit box. Old scaled kettle. With teeny tiny cups. Only one sachet of coffee - no milk. For 2 guests staying 2 nights. Could go on … with some nit picking. But prob legit for a 3-star so won’t moan.

Liked: Excellent air-conditioning I like a cool room. The bed was very comfortable. Very helpful staff and the breakfast excellent.
