Liked: Still a great location.
Disliked: Staff at breakfast were less than enthused to be there. Offerings were blah. At over $500 a night...cheap melons and small yogurts with bland bulk food-like granola. And you have such beautiful bakeries in town...why not partner with them on pastries? And why cheap China made coffee mugs in the rooms? You sell beautiful hand crafted mugs in the lobby but then don't have them for your guests for morning in room coffee? You miss an opportunity to partner deeper with a local potter and create an on brand experience for guests. And, single use pods are not sustainable BTW.

Liked: Location. Clean. Stylish.
Disliked: Bar had poor service. Understaffed. Shower water pressure was weak. Sliding door louvres would not hold their position.

Liked: Great location, right off the town square.

Nice but noisy.

Liked: Rooms pleasant, clean, good storage
Disliked: Pillows too full and heavy. Uncomfortable to sleep on. We were given rooms overlooking street which were very noisy. Made request in advance for quiet rooms so I was hoping for something off the street. I should have asked if there was anything else immediately upon seeing our rooms, but i did not.

Disliked: The air conditioning was not working on the 4th floor. As a result the room was stuffy and warm. Made sleeping uncomfortable. The staff was not proactive about the issue.
