Good location in Munich

Liked: The location is good: close to the metro and 15 min to the city centre. Our room was spacious with the panoramic city view. Good parking with a electric station (was 20EUR for charging per day). There are good grocery shops and bakeries in the Olympic city nearby.
Disliked: Noisy from the street, especially in the morning. The hotel hosts groups of students, so it's very busy during the breakfast, on the reception and in the elevators.

Liked: The breakfast is Ok, nothing special but also nothing to complain about considering the price

Liked: Location!!! Just in front of U3 underground Ubahn station.Facilities, staff were good, breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Repetitive breakfast, we stayed for two days.

Disliked: Parking not included, price not indicated (20 Eur per night). Breakfast in general very good, varied, however staff not very nice, during breakfast peak time the service was managed poorly. Overall the hotel was very nice, clean and good fit for purpose (one night stay)

Disliked: We got 1 hour late checkin When we received the rooms, the ac wasn't working We called the receptionist 5 times, and they said the technician busy and after we kept calling, they said the technician left and open the window .We went out of the hotel and when we came back to hotel we couldn't find parking and when we ask the reception manager he said that the hotel full and I can't help, go outside to the street and find parking we went outside and it was impossible to find parking, when I come back to the reception I was angry they find parking after 2 hours The second day, I complained all day for the Ac, and the technician finally came to the room, and he said that it's broken. we will change the room, but it ended in the same room

Liked: Staff was excellent, included breakfas, rooms were clean. Close to metro station.
Disliked: The hotel description said it had air condition, but the air was not sufficient to keep the rooms cool. We ask reception and they sent maintenance, but they siggested we open the window as that was the max air the system could provide. We were sweating in the room.
