Comfortable hotel for a few-day...

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Light and bright, and good rooms all around. The staff was very efficient and helpful, and no hassle. We loved our stay! Breakfast buffet was also good.
Disliked: Everything fine.

Good hospitality

Liked: Minutes walk away from Alexanderplatz station, was safe and breakfast had a decent spread.
Disliked: Space was quite limited for two pax in the room, you can’t fully open two luggages.

Very good

Liked: The staff is amazing! Very patient, polite and helpful. They will always find a way to help and to make you as comfortable as possible. Really enjoyed my stay there and will definatelly come back in the future!
Disliked: There was no kettle in the room, and I couldn't find smth like coffee vending machine that are available in the evening. It may be a problem if, for example, you feel sick (or need hot water for medication) and it is already late in the evening/night.

Will come back.

Liked: The breakfast was really good and had variety.
Disliked: My bed lower sheets were dirty but did not bother me much.

I absolutely recommend staying in...

Liked: Localization is absolutely great. Alexanderplatz is a superb place to get to every part of Berlin almost directly. Rooms are modern, simple and fresh, no strange decorations catching dust. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was very tasty, everything was fresh and choice was very wide, everyone could find something they liked.
Disliked: Cleaning, towel change on demand - a small inconvienience for me, but some may take it as an advantage. A small bottle of water on welcome would be very nice!
