Great stay for exploring Old...

Liked: Central location in Old town easy to walk. Very good breakfast included that was a mix of buffet and a la carte menu. AC was useful when hot outside.
Disliked: Some minor issues in room that were promptly corrected (eg missing hairdryer). Being tall single bed was slightly to snug and pillows could be better.

Liked: Although from my perspective, the promo pictures indicated the hotel was on or very close to Old Town Square, so there was an initial bit of disappointment. However, once over that the hotel is definitely in Old Town and was great. We wanted a hotel with grace and character and we got it. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. The restaurant and the lounge were welcoming and offered good service, good food and beverages. The hotel is actually under a 10 minute walk to the Old Town Square, which is amazing and full of history, and getting there you walk through other parts of Old Town Krakow. We will definitely rebook the Francuski Hotel if we are back in Krakow. Don't miss the Old Town underground tour.
