How can you have a...

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: How can you have a hotel in 2025 where the air conditioning doesn't work? It's 27 degrees outside, you can't open the window because of the noise. I will never recommend your hotel to anyone.

Another successful stay in my...

Liked: It is an elegant hotel,that I frequent at least twice a year. It is situated in the middle of Warsaw with easy access to all modes of transport. It offers very generous accommodation, well furnished rooms in sophisticated ambiance. Although the location is central it is quiet and gives a lot of peace after a busy day in town. The personel, particularly at breakfast are all well trained, helpful and professional.

Liked: Huge and well appointed rooms
Disliked: The air conditioning barely worked, and there was nothing the staff could do about it. Room was definitely too hot and it wasn’t even very hot outside
