Disliked: … ceilings that are not soundproofed and thus compel you to hear the thumping of footsteps, the conversations of your upstairs fellow residents and the scrapes of the staff’s vacuum cleaner. Earplugs a must

The Hotel doesnt satisfy 5...

Liked: Very stylish and clean. Comfortable. Perfect location.
Disliked: Breakfast doesnt represent 5 star hotel. The lady who meets at the breakfast not polite at all. Dinner also was not tasty. Plates and dishes were cheap. Because of that impression of the hotel was bad.

Okay - but breakfast staffing...

Liked: Location was good and the room was nice
Disliked: Breakfast was badly organised and no one on the staff acknowledged our presence when we came into the breakfast area. Inconsistent approach to service - some tables were being served coffee and hot drinks; others, including ours, were not. We complained to the reception staff about our experience and we were told we would get a 25% refund - this never materialised or was never followed up. Would not recommend this hotel because of this.

Liked: We have planed our long weekend getaway in Warsawa, which was looking forward very much. I was picking the hotel and room very carefully because we have stayed 4 night in total (long stay also with the kid). On the day of arrival we have been informed that due to full ocupancy we have been downgrated to lower category room. No one informed us before arrival. Its is first time in my life i got downgrade :)) usually they are offering upgrate, but this hotel allows to do other way around without informing you. As we arrived late at night we accepted the room. Nevertheless, they gaved us the shitiest room in the hotel. The room was on the ground floor with the windows overlooking the dining area, extremeley dark (you cannot see any sun), also very small bathroom ( we was staying 4 night, really uncomfortable), with no wardrope (literally you do not have the place to hang your clothes) and room really needs a bit of better cleaning. Due to this I had quickly find another hotel where we could spend our stay in Warsawa. I would not recommend this hotel, as this is far from 5 stars hotel standarts, from the service to the rooms quality.
