Location very convenient for getting...

Liked: I visited to see the Madrid Open. It’s about 45 min on metro and the nearest station is 5m walk. Hotel breakfast superb. Staff couldn’t be better. Bar and food very good value indeed and lovely attentive bar staff. I travelled alone and as a female this is important. It’s actually a perfect location for the football stadium!
Disliked: Nothing not to like. Maybe a couple of the lobby sofas need new cushion filling.

Liked: The hotel is clean and good location the staff is helpful.
Disliked: For being a 4 star it lacks a bit of facilities which most other 4 stars have like having a kettle with tea arrangements in the room. This is basic stuff that most 4 stars have.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff and the security of the surrounding. The room was comfy and the artworks are amazing.

Very good

Disliked: The elevators didn’t work most of our stay.
