Exceptional

Liked: Our stay was truly amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Alicia, Silvia and Laila, they went above and beyond when we had an unexpected incident in Barcelone. The ladies immediately stepped in, made phone calls on our behalf, and really helped us stay calm and supported. We’re so grateful for their kindness and quick action.The hotel itself was beautiful and very comfortable, and the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and surrounded by some of the best restaurants and cafés.Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and we would definitely come back. Huge thanks to Alicia and the rest of the team for making our stay so special!

Great value given the quality,...

Liked: Great location just off Placa Catalunya. It was in between 2 major metro stations and the bus to/from the airport was a 5 minute walk. The top of Las Ramblas was a 5 minute walk away. Even though the hotel was in a busy location our room was very quiet. It faced the pool and had a balcony. Request a room facing the pool to avoid noise off the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was expansive and delicious. I’d definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The 6th floor seemed a bit dated. I think they were updating rooms because we also stayed 1 night in an inner courtyard room that was updated and huge. That said our 6th floor room was beautiful and clean even if it was a little dated.

Liked: Room was a bit noisy as it overlooked the road outside and we were only on the 1st floor. Breakfast was good, wide selection of continental foods and cooked food

Very nice hotel with a...

Liked: Location and hotel design was superb. The staff were fantastic in particular Marti who was so helpful and friendly. He was also very attentive and clearly loved his job! The beds were really comfy! It was a very nice touch to have a complimentary glass of bubbles when you walked in to the hotel and refreshing cold water. The chocolate peanuts were nice as well.
Disliked: We felt the breakfast was very limited for the money. The rooms were a little small although very comfortable and clean.
