Nice enough but that’s all

Liked: Skybar was lovely and staff nice working there Clean and comfortable roomBathroom nice
Disliked: Wasn’t given the two twin rooms I requested; had to ask reception to change which is frustrating at the end of a long day. I chose this hotel because it offered twin beds, which is important when travel with teenage children Check in wasn’t hugely welcoming. My daughter checked into her room before my arrival and was given welcome drinks. When I arrived with my son we weren’t offered the same which was disappointingTea, coffee and milk offerings in the room were the absolute minimum but I was glad to have something in the room.

good place but overpriced

Liked: breakfast was amazing, location good (bus stop 100m away) and staff were efficiceent and friendly
Disliked: small room with no bath and no complimentary water in the room which I would expect the price they charge

Liked: The Hotel fixtures and fittings etc etc was great
Disliked: Your staff at breakfast and your reception. poorly trained staff, very unhelpful and bordering rude on occasion.

Liked: Reception staff very good, nice touch arrival drink.Bedroom and views brilliant. Breakfast great, gluten free option satisfactory. Staff in dining room attentive and happy to help.Hotel ideally situated for the city
Disliked: Air-conditioning wasn't greatPrices on the sky barWould be nice having a small bottle of milk especially since you have a fridge

Liked: Like any other H10 excellent facilities
Disliked: A staff member wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. Also there was this slight constant beep but they offered to change my room. Which I didn’t cause too tired

Was nice hotel but won’t...

Liked: Hotel was pleasant and staff good and was very clean great shower and close to Waterloo station.
Disliked: Very noisy due to being near a hospital and ambulances at all hours. Didn’t like the area not many good eating places nearby
